The purpose of this position is to provide uniform and equitable allocation of available manpower for available
work in accordance with Allocation Rules and special directives of the Sub-Steering Committee and/or the Area
Managers. The duties in this position may range from resource allocation, reports generation and time tracking.
This position works up to 40 hours weekly on a specific assigned shift. The employee is responsible for accurate
and timely completion of the principal responsibilities listed below.
Provides essential admin support to BD operations, including project coordination, CRM updates, document formatting, and event logistics.
Supports client engagement and brand positioning by managing high-quality communications, client events, CRM data, and content creation.
Responsible for supporting growth strategies across practice groups and sector initiatives. Manages complex BD tasks, research, campaign execution, and client targeting. Ideal for proactive problem solvers with strong legal BD and Marketing experience. Prefer individuals who have worked with law firms, within the legaltech sector or with legal/professional services.
Integreon is looking for a manager to support the Global Delivery Lead for Managed Services in the CCS business unit, organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the Mexico team and leading growth as this office continues to expand in it's infancy.
