Role Summary

Integreon is actively seeking experienced paralegals to join our immigration services team, which operates in a fast‐paced environment.

 

Location : 12331-B Riata Trace Parkway, Suite 130, Austin, TX 7872

Job type : Onsite, 5 days, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Engage with foreign national employees to deliver clear and timely updates on case statuses
    • and address general inquiries
    • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements by meeting assigned deadlines, providing
    • updates on case progress and status, and escalating issues when necessary
    • Analyze extensive data sets to create reports for clients and manager
    • Utilize US immigration concepts to provide accurate answers to inquiries
    • Actively contribute to both team and individual productivity goals
    • Show adaptability and a willingness to take proactive steps
    • Adhere to documented company standards and policies to mitigate risks and uphold
    • operational and client compliance
    • Possess excellent writing skills
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Quickly interpret information to determine and deliver the appropriate response
    • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders involved in the immigration process
    • Ensure accurate updates in the Case Management System for all actions taken
    • Offer suggestions for process improvement and reduction of redundancies
    • Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate tasks and responsibilities, fostering efficient

    teamwork

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Require individuals with exceptional attention to detail
  • Candidates should demonstrate their ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively managing workflow and fluctuations in workload
  • Expertise in prioritization and workflow management is essential
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of U.S. Immigration processes
  • Experience & Education:
  • Possess strong knowledge of U.S. Immigration (Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas)

Education and Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience in the relevant industry
  • Experience of working in high volume U.S. immigration environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from U.S.
