Responsible for supporting growth strategies across practice groups and sector initiatives. Manages complex BD tasks, research, campaign execution, and client targeting. Ideal for proactive problem solvers with strong legal BD and Marketing experience. Prefer individuals who have worked with law firms, within the legaltech sector or with legal/professional services.

• Execute day-to-day BD tasks including thought leadership, data management, and campaigns.
• Support event coordination, lateral integration, and practice collateral updates.
• Conduct client/market research to support targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with sector managers on strategic initiatives.
• Lead small projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Work with CRM systems and maintain client data.
• Assist in identifying new technology for BD efficiency.
• Adhere to workflow policies and manage time effectively.

• Excellent project management and research skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM and BD tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AI tools a plus.
• Team-first mindset and ability to work independently.
