• Assist in preparing pitches, meeting materials, and client visit briefs. 

• Format/proof documents and manage shared resources. 

• Coordinate event logistics, RSVP tracking, and meeting scheduling. 

• Support team inbox, expenses, and travel arrangements. 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong time management. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 

• Strong verbal and written communication. 

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support a busy team.
