The Studio Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full operational scope of the Mexico-based creative studio. This role ensures the smooth delivery of design services, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and alignment with global standards. Reporting directly to the Global Director, the Studio Manager oversees team performance, workflow efficiency, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes creative oversight, team mentorship, and strategic collaboration with global stakeholders.

• Studio Operations & Account Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Mexico studio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative outputs.
• Manage resource allocation, project intake, and workflow prioritization across presentation design and related services.
• Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to global leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local client escalations and operational queries.
• Creative Direction & Design Oversight
• Lead the conceptual development of campaigns, branding, and design projects.
• Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
• Maintain high standards of quality, innovation, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of designers, project managers, and support staff.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to foster professional growth.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance studio culture.
• Strategic Collaboration & Presentation
• Work closely with global teams to align creative vision with project scope and client expectations.
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and operational risk management.
• Process Optimization & Trend Awareness
• Implement and refine studio workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the studio remains competitive.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in service delivery.

• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and creative workflows.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with creative production processes and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field; additional training in business or management is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in a creative studio or agency, with at least 4 years in a leadership or operations role.
• Hands-on experience in design or creative production and global client reporting
