We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python and SQL, with experience working on large, structured datasets to extract insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner. 

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large, structured datasets to support business objectives. 
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with SQL Server databases to extract and manipulate data. 
• Perform data analysis using Python, leveraging libraries such as Pandas and/or Polars for data processing. 
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively. 
• Validate data integrity, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across multiple sources. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. 
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and methodologies. 
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and visualizations, as needed to supplement analysis. 
• Stay up-to-date with new analytical tools, technologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance workflows and outcomes. 

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, with experience using Pandas and/or Polars. 
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with SQL Server for querying and data management. 
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and extraction techniques. 
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data visualization. 
• Python and SQL certification or bachelor’s degree  
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DataCamp) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and automation workflows. 
• Prior experience in e-discovery would be a plus.
