Role Summary

The Marketing Associate will support the global marketing team across a wide range of initiatives, including PR, communications, events, campaign development, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong communications and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced global environment and can help execute integrated marketing programs that support business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing disciplines.

• Coordinate logistics and marketing support for events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, PR, social, email).
• Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content including email copy, website copy, social media posts, event materials, and internal communications.
• Help manage the social media calendar, draft posts, coordinate approvals, and track performance metrics.
• Support campaign development by coordinating inputs from stakeholders, organizing briefs, tracking status, and helping ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain organized documentation, project trackers, and shared resources for the marketing team to enable efficient collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across regions and functions, ensuring alignment on messages, brand standards, and timelines.
• Assist with marketing reporting and basic analytics (e.g., campaign performance summaries, social metrics, event results) as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when required (designers, event organizers, printers, etc.).

• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment across time zones and cultures.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality in both written and visual deliverables.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from planning through execution.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with channels such as PR, events, email, and social media.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, project tracking tools).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) and content best practices is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
