Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled web designer to join our global digital team, with primary responsibility for creating visually compelling, user-centric web experiences in WordPress and ongoing website support and maintenance. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with solid front-end implementation and the ability to keep our sites compelling to buyers, accurate, and on brand.

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to design responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI components in WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Translate wireframes, briefs, and brand assets into polished, production-ready page designs with a strong focus on usability and visual storytelling.
• Implement designs directly in WordPress (and relevant page builders), including layout, styling, and basic interactive elements.
• Maintain and update website content and page layouts as needed, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high level of quality control.
• Perform basic website support tasks, including troubleshooting layout/display issues, identifying and reporting bugs, and coordinating fixes with relevant stakeholders.
• Apply on-page SEO and accessibility best practices within designed pages (headings, alt text, metadata, image optimization).
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device QA on new and updated pages before publishing.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and global stakeholders to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute design input to broader website enhancements, UX improvements, and template refinements.

• Web designer with strong hands-on experience designing and building pages in WordPress (required).
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, and composition, with an eye for clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for translating designs into high-quality front-end implementations; basic JavaScript a plus.
• Experience working with WordPress themes and page builders (e.g., Elementor or similar), including template configuration and styling.
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first best practices.
• Experience with basic website support and operations (content updates, small fixes, QA, and coordination with technical teams).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and comfort working with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Very high attention to detail, ability to follow defined processes, and capacity to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a web designer with substantial work in WordPress (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, preferably including WordPress sites and landing pages you designed and implemented.
